Feeding the Foothills

Unclaimed
Feeding the Foothills is a food bank serving El Dorado, Placer, and Nevada Counties, and it has been part of the Feeding America network since 1990. Alongside its regular programs, it holds monthly community food distributions in towns across the foothills, so neighbors can pick up groceries close to home. At a typical distribution you'll find fresh fruits and vegetables along with other groceries. Staff will ask for some basic information about you and your household. If someone you know can't make it, you're welcome to pick up for them.

Where and when

Each town hosts a distribution once a month, usually on the same weekday. Exact dates can change, so check the official schedule before you go.
